My child has a schedule conflict in a few weeks. Can I schedule a make-up lesson?
In order to receive a credit for a lesson that will be missed, it must be cancelled at least 48hours before the lesson through your student portal (www.mymusicstaff.com). Make-up credits can be used to schedule a make-up lesson when a slot opens up on their teacher’s calendar. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to cancel and reschedule lessons and make-up credits can be used anytime during the entire school year.
My child is sick and can’t come to the lesson. Can I get a make-up credit?
There will be no make-up credit given to lessons cancelled within 48 hours.We highly recommend doing an online lesson through Zoom, Skype (Skype ID: kristinaleemusic) or FaceTime (ID: kristinaleemusic@icloud.com).
